    Once you have filled out the form and clicked submit, we will verify the information and get back to you with an RMA number.

    As a retailer, you send the product to us at your expense. Do not forget to write the RMA number visible on the waybill. If the product is dead on arrival we will email you a waybill at our expense, already marked with the RMA number.

    It is your responsibility that the product is packaged well to minimize the risk of transport damage. The shipping company's packing instructions apply.

    If the customer makes a warranty claim, a copy of the purchase receipt must be included in the packaging.

    If the faulty product is confirmed by us to be under warranty, we will repair it free of charge and return it as instructed.

    If the product is not under warranty, we will send you a cost estimate and wait for approval before we repair.

    If we cannot reproduce the error according to the fault description, we will charge an examination fee of 400 SEK excluding VAT, as well as the shipping cost for the return.
