the form and clicked submit, we will verify the information and get back to you with an RMA number.\n<\/p>\n<p>As a retailer, you send the product to us at your expense. Do not forget to write the RMA number visible on the package or shipping label. If the product is dead on arrival we will email you a shipping label at our expense, already marked with the RMA number.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is your responsibility that the product is packaged well to minimize the risk of transport damage.
